Vibrational correlation functions and dephasing times were determined from the bandshapes of the fundamental and first overtone of the OH stretching vibration in normal and deuterated triphenylsilanol. Modulation parameters were determined in several independent ways. The dependence of the bandshape and relaxation parameters on the deuteration and order of excitation was discussed. An estimation of the homogeneous and inhomogeneous broadening contributions to the observed band profile was performed.
