The spectra of both real and imaginary parts of the electric permittivity were obtained in the νs(OH) region for the hydrogen-bonded complex of pentachlorophenol with acetonitrile in binary solution. The molar vibrational polarization related to this vibration was determined and compared with those of other systems.
