The spectra of both components of the complex refractive index and of the complex electric permittivity were determined in the νs(OH) region of the hydrogen-bonded pentachlorophenol - 3-chloropyridine complex. The molar vibrational polarization related to the νs(OH) vibration of this complex was determined using a method described recently and compared with data obtained for previously studied systems.
