The reaction of N-[(E)-(4-chlorophenyl)methylidene]-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-amine (ClPhtrz), 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy) and Cu(An)2·6H2O (An = ClO4− or BF4−) in MeCN/H2O yields two 1-D coordination polymers.
