Streszczenie

As it was shown in [1], the experimental absorption curves can be, in the case of some crystals, far better fitted with the Burr relaxation function than with the commonly used Cole-Cole function proposed by the authors of [2]–[3]–[17]. So, it seems to be useful to present some features of this function and the full procedure how to transform it into the frequency domain. The Burr function was derived in [18] Φ(t)=1[1+k(Aωpt)α]1/k where and are constants characteristics of the material, is the loss-peak frequency and is a normalizing constant.
