Streszczenie

The CuPr2(CCl3COO)8 · 6H2O new heteronuclear crystal, formed of chains, containing copper and praseodymium ions, is synthesized and studied through the EPR method on the frequency of 9.36 GHz within the temperature range from the room one up to 10 K. Th EPR spectra, characteristic for the copper ions isolated polyhedrons with gz = 2.330 ± 0.005, gx,y = 2.053 ± 0.005, Az = 139x10-4 cm-1, Ax,y < 26x10-4 cm-1 are observed at the temperatures of T ∼ 300-130 K. The complex spectrum, connected with manifestation of weak exchange interactions between the copper ions in the chain (JCu-Cu ΣSi · Si+1), JCu-Cu = 0.015 cm-1 at T = 10 K, is observed in the area of T < 130 K. The value of the exchange interaction smoothly decreases with temperature growth. The supposition on participation of the praseodymium ions orbitals in the process of indirect exchange between the copper ions is made
