The specific heat, pyroelectric coefficient and spontaneous polarization of a (CH3NH3)5Bi2Cl11 single crystal have been measured between 105 K and 330 K. Two anomalies appear: a diffuse one at 160 K corresponding to a ferro-ferroelectric transition and another one at 307 K corresponding to a second order ferro-paraelectric transition. Data are compared with the predictions deduced from the Devonshire free-energy expansion.
